ARTIST

In 2015 Polina Angelova moved to Florence, Italy, where she studied Contemporary Art and Gold Leaf Techniques at the Accademia D’Arte Firenze. After she had successfully finished her first collection of gold leaf paintings, she was invited to exhibit her art at Parallax Arts Fair at Chelsea Town Hall in London. Polina Angelova was then approved to appear in the “International Contemporary Masters, “Current Masters” and “Important World Artists”. Lisa le Feuvre, former Head of the Henry Moore Institute and Executive Director of the Holt/Smithson Foundation, compared Angelova’s gold leaf artworks to the artistic works of the Swedish mystic artist Hilma af Klint.
